help on changing to 3rd class

i was following the guide on changing to 3rd class, and i met a problem with the last step "3rd step:
Speak To the Priest Devin.He will ask you to visit Refuge Map and kill the monster called Dark Elf."
may i ask where is the Refuge map? i cant find it at all.
hope someone can help me out here. Thanks in advance.
